Write tutorial on how to create a pull request #3

Description

@datapythonista

Understanding the steps to create a pull request is something tricky for people new to contributing to open source.

A short presentation is usually given at the beginning of the sprints. It'd be useful to have the same content, with more detail of explanations in a tutorial.

The easiest way to write a tutorial is probably to use a jupyter notebook, and export it to html. Please commit to .ipynb, so it can easily be modified later on.
