Add ability to toggle automatically delete beatmaps downloaded via spectator mode after exiting spectation

Because players sometimes playing very weird maps.
After spectating you will have maps that you likely will never play and they will take up extra space on drive & clutter up your map library, so this sounds as useful feature.

This toggle can be placed near to "Start watching" button.
