What happened:
Only agents receive a notification email when the ticket is created.
What did you expect to happen:
customer should receive an email:
- On change of state from New -> Open
- In agent interactions with the call (except internal notes)
- On status change to Pending
- When changing status to closed
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
