What happened:
Only agents receive a notification email when the ticket is created.

What did you expect to happen:
customer should receive an email:

  • On change of state from New -> Open
  • In agent interactions with the call (except internal notes)
  • On status change to Pending
  • When changing status to closed

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
N.A.

Environment:

  • Trudesk Version: 1.1.8
  • OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): Ubuntu 20.04
  • Node.JS Version: Docker Image
  • MongoDB Version: Docker Image
  • Is this hosted on cloud.trudesk.io: No
