Announcing ComposableOpenURL

I'm happy to announce the release of my first small reusable component for TCA. This lets you open external URLs in your app using a simple state change with only a few lines of code to embed the functionality into your domain and your view.

This was developed out of real world code here at Community.com and I hope somebody else finds it useful.
