Go的debug工具Delve

要检查go程序的coredump，不能用gdb，而是要用这个工具。不知道它对RV的支持如何？

RISCV尚且还不支持，dlv可以作为Roadmap中新的一项。

这个工作量比较大，dlv需要不少其他项目的适配

• https://github.com/creack/pty/ （已适配完成）

dlv适配需要高级2个月左右，其他项目适配大概也需要1个月（发布还不确定）
