Why package requires git hub authentication

Why does the package require github authentication when installing via npm?

Hey @iamodreck looking into this, I'm not sure why it would require authentication. The repository is publicly available, so this shouldn't be happening.

Are you able to confirm that you are installing the correct package? @paypal/paypal-server-sdk? If so, any additional information/screenshots/etc would be helpful in us understanding what is taking place here.
