Cancel Behaviour "Renew Quote Id" not copying product options

Since https://github.com/paynl/magento2-plugin/releases/tag/v3.16.0 the option has been introduced to Renew the quote id on cancel.

However when this is enabled and there's a product with options in the old quote this does not get copied. So the product options will be missing.

Temporary fix is to set the Cancel behaviour to "Maintain quote-id" as this does not need to add the products to cart.
