WhereBuilder option to filter based on currently logged in user

The new query presets feature (#11330) is amazing loving the workflows that it unlocks. One additional filter option in the whereBuilder that I find myself wanting for now that filters can be saved amongst users is the ability to filter based on the currently logged in user. Say I have an "assignments" collection and I want to create a query preset that lets users see all of the assignments, but then easily filter to the assignments that are assigned to them.

I can try to work on a PR to add this but was hoping to get some comments from someone on the team before starting, as I would want to make sure there is interest in merging this or if there would be any potential issues before going forward.
