Separate Data Tables

Hey everyone. Please i need a help. Let me give you an example of what i want to achieve.

1 - Keep the SEO fields in the Cities collection UI (no separate admin page)
2 - Save the SEO data in a separate city_seo table in the database
3 - Not create a separate collection for SEO

is there anyway to achieve this. and thank you.
