Create the animation demo page.

From Roadmap epic:
Components to include in the demo

• Alerts
• Notification badge and notification drawer.
• Masthead with hamburger and settings button to trigger
• Navigation expandable items.
• Skeleton loader

Other new microanimations that can be included:

• Button click
• Validation failure on form field
• Search expand/collapse
• Expand/collapse most anything
