Workflow approval error: network error

Hello! I have a workflow agent with multiple agent invocations. These agents use MCP tools. I am working through the Foundry portal UI. I encountered that the approval selection for the tools does not stick and every now and then after selecting "Approve once" or any other approve selection I'm getting error "WORKFLOW_APPROVAL_ERROR network error".

I can also see empty error messages in the trace log, but they are present for successful and unsuccessful tool calls.
