some specific projects is not shown in UI

Hi, for unclear reasons some projects were deleted from the UI
the source exists under /opengrok/src
and the index exist under
/opengrok/data/index
/opengrok/data/xref

somehow it's not shown in UI, but do exist under http://opengrok/source/xref/ it's not searchable and not shown on the main page or in the dropdown
