[feature] Allow customizing checks and alert settings per group #695

When an instance divides devices in groups, the default check and alert settings may not suit all the groups and hence it may be useful to allow customizing alert settings per group.
Moreover, some groups may not be using some checks, so the user may want the disable some or all the checks.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should allow customizing the alert settings as available in each device for each group.
We should also allow disabling checks (some or all) in each organization.
However, we should do so in a way that doesn't make the UI too heavy, more research is needed before we can proceed with this feature.
