[feature] Allow customizing checks and alert settings per organization #682

When an instance hosts multiple organizations, the default alert settings may not suit all the organizations and hence it may be useful to allow customizing alert settings per organization.
Moreover, some organizations may not be using some checks, so they may want the checks to be deactivated.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should allow customizing the alert settings as available in each device per each organization.
We should also allow disabling checks (some or all) in each organization.
However, we should do so in a way that doesn't make the UI too heavy, more research is needed before we can proceed with this feature.
