This is a very minor issue, but I noticed that in the standard workflow where reviewers get added in the pre-review issue before starting the actual review, only the editor is assigned to the review issue (in the GitHub "issue assignee" sense). In contrast, when you add a reviewer in an ongoing review issue, this reviewer will also become an assignee for the issue. Clearly not a big deal, but I think it would make sense to either always assign only the editors, or always assign both editors and reviewers, but not a mix of both.
