I can't seem to get custom prompts/commands to work. I've tried placing them in ~/.codex/prompts, ~/.codex/commands, in similar /.codex subfolders in the project folder, and nothing seems to ever be recognized. I'm using simple 'command_text.md' naming conventions. I must be doing something obviously wrong, just not obvious to me. Thanks for any help!
