Program that unlocks files in the background, with no user interaction needed

There are many tools which unlock files in use such as File Locksmith or unlockit but you have to click 10 times just to make it do what you want. (clicking the context menu, program , settings etc.) I'm looking for something that unlocks the files in the background, once a user wants to delete soemthing, Windows says its in use or something, perhaps this app or driver, can auto detect that and use these tools or others to unlock/ delete it and display a notification if necessary. Kind of what AnyDVD did for dvds, this driver could do for files in use

have you tried turning it off and on

You mentioned much work for this but simple script that takes your desired files to the zip then locks the zip can do that easily and will work with any program. What are your thoughts about this? and probably will be more performant.
