[Docs] Change parameters for RPN and RCNN in MaskRCNN #2866

📚 The doc issue
I am using a maskrcnn mmdeploy model. I wonder if there is a way to update parameters for rpn and rcnn within pipeline.json or any other configurations for mmdeploy model rather than modify .py configuration file before deploying the model.
Suggest a potential alternative/fix
