Snowflake transient tables not collected in 1.11.4

Describe the bug
After upgrading to 1.11.4 (from 1.10.12), while trying to collect Snowflake tables metadata using the metadata agent, with the "Include Transient Tables" set to True, the pipeline is not collecting transient tables, resulting in having only regular tables & views.

Version:

• OS: Ubuntu 22_04-lts-gen2
• Python version: 3.10.12
• OpenMetadata version: 1.11.4
• OpenMetadata Ingestion package version: 1.11.4

Temporary work around
Switched back to 1.10.12

Noticed the same. This condition does not make sense:

    select TABLE_NAME, NULL, TABLE_TYPE from information_schema.tables
    where TABLE_SCHEMA = '{schema}'
    AND COALESCE(IS_TRANSIENT, 'NO') != '{is_transient}'
    AND {include_views}
