Mission-Fleisch: inconclusive status after retraction #195
Description
The map of requests for "Mission Fleisch" shows the first FOI request for a given company, but not the latest one: If a request is retracted, it leads to an inconclusive status, as the status is "retracted", but wont get updated after a subsequent is sent and therefore allows sending further requests for this company.
An example can be seen for the requests of "Westfleisch SCE mbH Fleischcenter Dissen", where the original request has been retracted, followed by a second request. Now, as the status is still "retracted", someone has sent a third request.
