Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria
This harvester is activated using the Metadata Observability content pack. It captures the latest metadata about information supply chains, solution blueprints, solution components and the elements (typically assets) that implement them. This information is written to tables in its own PostgreSQL schema that is used for building reports on the information supply chains.
