Pals missing from Party and Pal Box

There is only one pal in my party in the app, but I have a full team in the game. Plus pals in my Pal Box are missing.
I started with 0.8.12, upgraded to 0.8.13, and fresh installed 0.8.13 to see if it would fix it. It didn't

And that empty pal box pal? also a Yakumo..... it's just my 4 star Yakumo I made in game, but the Necromus and Selyne in my party are still just base level, they haven't been condensed at all.
