I want to install selected servers for Mason, not all servers

I like the method used by https://github.com/tokiory/neovim-boilerplate, in this repo, I can change in  file lua/extensions/mason.lua (lsconfig) and  file lua/extensions/treesitter.lua (treesitter config).
