Linkify render for multiple URL's in the same React App

I have a render implementation where a custom render is performed on any link in an application, however, if there is multiple url's listed Linkify can't limit it's render to a specific link so all are impacted. Is there a way to separate the render to each element by id or another pointer?

I figured out the issue. I used a React.useState() function outside the function's scope to update the render. I have it working now! I'm calling a custom AWS Lambda function to scrape the link website name and icon to display inline when a link is Linkify'd.
