We now have incorporated many datasets into ADP, and some initial attempts to incorporate the dataset have been unsuccessful, as can be seen from the PR history (where earlier PRs have mistakes and are later improved into improved PRs). Examine these PR histories, and update AGENTS.md with strict guidelines of what to do and not to do when incorporating datasets and encourage the agent to follow them closely.
Also, add the OpenHands PR review workflow from https://github.com/OpenHands/extensions repo with custom repo instructions that also encourage the review agent to check the guidelines in AGENTS.md and make sure that all of them have been followed (among other things).
