Rule-based styling condition with lists (IN operator) #970

Feature request
Implement an IN operator as a condition to check whether a property value exists in a list. A bonus if list range can be specified.
Additional context
Current implementation can only be used with single select parameter select. The proposed feature would enable rule-based styling with multiple selection parameter select making it easy to highlight what was passed as parameters
