Please consider adding inclusive Code of Conduct like Contributor Covenant or Geek Feminism (see also resources for adopting it).

I also can't refuse to mention that all of current/past contributors are white males. As a maintainer of this project, you should fight patriarchy which is a huge problem especially in IT.
