React dependency mismatch with Expo #2810

Describe the feature request
I was trying to write an expo module with web support
but running into issues because of a version mismatch. opened an Issue in the expo repo.
dont know if its as easy as just updating the peerDeps, will give it a try later today, if it works I will submit a PR
