Every time the app is reopened, the search always defaults to local media.

Please add a toggle in settings to choose if the app should open search in local or youtube mode.

@tarasfxs refer to #37, its open sourced under EULA and some packages are private, ur free to remove the code for these packages and build for ur own usage/learning only
