Moving a questions between pages makes subsequent questions vanish

Scenario:

1. Create a few questions on page 1.
2. Create second page.
3. Add a few questions to page 2.
4. Drag a question from page 1 to page 2 and drop in between question 1 and 2.
5. Question 3 on page 2 will be hidden in UI.

Is this a known issue, or expected behaviour?
