Strange warping effect

What's happening?
Users are complaining that every now and then the audio pauses for about 1 second then tries to catch up by playing the audio at fast speed until its back in sync. Kind of like a warping effect.

Additional context
Running in a docker container, on a 4c/8t 8th gen intel, with 16gb ram. Server is under-utilised, having quite low cpu and memory use. Internet connection is Symetrical 1-Gbit fibre .

Reviewing performance logs at the time of these events shows nothing suspicious, server is always running with under 30% cpu usage and under 60% memory usage, and internet connection shows no latency spikes.

This effect is discord's behavior when the audio stream between clients is lagging. You should determine whether it's your users lagging to receive or the bot lagging to send. I guess if all users hear the lag at the same time, it means it's the bot

Ok, I guess that will explain things, I will check with the users and do some testing. I'm also going to test it on another server too.
