BeeWare python build

This is how BeeWare builds Python for macOS: https://github.com/pybee/Python-Apple-support/blob/3.6/Makefile

We should have a look to see what build options they are using, maybe there is something there that should be adopt it here as well.

Might be also possible to create a new target to include Tkinter, and submit that to BeeWare.
