There is a way make SkiaSharp 3.x work again on linux system which use GLIBC 2.28?

Upgrade SkiaSharp to 3.116.1 to try fix some problem on 2.88.
It works well on windows but broken on linux.
Finally I found it caused by GLIBC version.
SkiaSharp 3.x need GLIBC 2.29 but our linux system is 2.28.
Upgrading GLIBC may bring many unknown problems (What's more, there were some production environments).

Project is an old project on .NET Core 3.1 (Compatible with .NET Standard 2.0).

I merged this a couple weeks ago. I am trying to release but the infrastructure is failing. Hopefully I can get it resolved and then it will go out.

You can release a new version in Github and put it into nuget.org
