For AIM Lite user incoming message shows as IM Offline

Deployment Environment

• Open OSCAR Server Version: 0.21.0
• Installation Method: Pre-built, run on Windows
• Client(s) Used: QIP 2005, AIM Lite 0.33
• Other Relevant Details: N/A

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign into server on QIP 2005 (using UIN) and AIM Lite 0.33 (using AIM S/N)
2. Type a message from QIP 2005 to user with AIM Lite 0.33

Expected Behavior

For AIM Lite user incoming message shows as normal

Actual Behavior

For AIM Lite user incoming message shows as IM Offline
