Cannot join chat rooms with Kopete (only one version tested)

Attempts to join a chat room using Kopete version 0.12.7 (Using Trinity R14.1.4) results in a blank exchange list, making it impossible to join. This may involve other versions, I am unable to test.

Wireshark was DM'd via Discord. Willing to connect to other servers for debugging purposes.

Just making a note: I tried to recreate this issue with Kopete version 1.13.0 in Fedora 42 and couldn't even login/connect to RAS. I saw the TCP connection establish and then a login attempt sent by the client but nothing appears in the RAS trace logs, not even an EOF error. The issue could be in a newer RAS release, or the difference between Kopete 0.12.7 and 1.13.0 causes incompatibility.

I didn't realize Kopete in TDE was a fork of the KDE version. Anyone working on this will need to use the TDE version. I'll file a separate issue for the KDE version not working.

Seems links to chatrooms also don't work. Thought my OS was messing up but am able to confirm it now. Tested on ChivaNet via the bot, trying to join General using the provided link.
