Support for C# code samples

We are using Speakeasy for our SDKs and we can generate code samples for those SDKs in our API reference.

We have some endpoints that we do not support in the SDK, and we still want to generate code samples.

We have set the code samples as follows.

    },

All code samples are created, except C#. The request here is to add support for C# code sample generation.
