[Feature] - Public util methods

Feature Summary

Please make the util methods public. For example, ConvertColumnName. These methods are extremely useful. Since we've chosen MiniExcel, I don't want to have to implement these methods separately in the project.

Ideally the use of MiniExcel should prevent having to implement those methods in the first place. I agree that making them public would probably be useful for some, but if you could share why that is the case for you we might gain some valuable insight.

For instance, my program needs to serialize certain content, including cell references (e.g., "A1"), so I require these methods. I believe exposing utility methods related to cells is practical for Excel read/write libraries.
