Currently, the Milvus documentation does not include information about the Privilege Group RESTful APIs.

I suggest adding a new section to include Privilege Group APIs under the RESTful APIs section:
A description of Privilege Groups and their purpose.
Sample request/response bodies for each endpoint.
Additional reference
The RESTful API code for Privilege Groups already exists in the Milvus backend (e.g., in the handler_v2.go). I can help provide endpoint details or example payloads if needed.
