[Bug]: failed to connect to etcd: context deadline exceeded

Current Behavior

I installed Birdwatcher by downloading the Release v1.0.6 binary file. However, when I try to connect to etcd while Docker containers-milvus, etcd, minio-are running, I encounter the following error:

failed to connect to etcd: context deadline exceeded.
