Where i can download .vsix?

Becuase i am in offline enverment，How to download extensiotn offline install files .vsix?

This use to be a feature through the marketplace but is no longer possible. I will loop in @isidorn in regards to that feature as he works with the marketplace team.

Right now your best solution is to download the repo, set it up, then run the packaging script to build the vsix with npm run package

You can also open VS Code extensions view -> Right Click -> Download VSIX
