Feature Request: Ability to turn off readme and examples when connecting a board

Please add to settings the options to disable showing Example and Readme files every time I connect a arduino device.

The current functionality where this appears every time is very annoying. Every time I connect my 3D printer, it launches these additional windows.

Arduino extension v0.3.1 is released, and it will only launches example and readme in Arduino project window.
