Run 3rd Party GUI Applications in Terminal

Description of the new feature/enhancement

If we look at *nix tiling managers like i3 or bspwm they feature the possibility to run arbitrary gui applications next to the terminals. Implementing this would severely improve the whole windows workflow - run everything in your shell 😄
