Steps to reproduce

1. Open Windows Terminal
2. Create New Tabs
3. Switch to random tab
4. (Additional) If it doesn't crash, try switching tabs multiple times
5. (Additional Test) Repeating the above steps in Windows Terminal Preview still results in a crash.

Expected Behavior

Switch to target tab without crash

Actual Behavior

Program crashed after a few seconds.

Yep, that's easy enough to repro. 👍 It took me roughly ~10 tab switches with 3 tabs open.
