[BUG] Unable to download Image Super Resolution or Segmentation model

Describe the bug
When using AI Dev Gallery, I'm trying to take a look at the Image Super Resolution and Image Segmentation examples. Both examples say I need to request a one-time download to see the example but when I hit the button to download a download failed error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Image Super Resolution' page
2. Click on 'Request Model'

Expected behavior
Model downloads successfully
