Update Twitter to X in README

I did find #55207, which updates twitter logo in the typescript website. But this change is just changing the README file.

Just updating the label to the typescript twitter.
I clicked the link, twitter.com/typescript still is the default. We can change to x.com/typescript either ways, since x.com/typescript forwards to twitter.com/typescript

I have created a change here updating twitter to X.

I did not submit the pull request because the guidelines mention not to create a pull request just for typos.

I think that given that every media mention of the company X has to be affixed by "formerly Twitter", I would like to see some more feedback that directing to X is less confusing than directing to Twitter.

Personally, I agree with the following opinion:

directing to X is less confusing than directing to Twitter.

This is because it has taken enough time for everyone to become familiar with X, since the service name was changed to X back in July 2023.
