Highlight the code blocks in markdown?

Maybe I'm missing something, but when highlighting markdown I'm not getting any highlighting on the code blocks... I wonder if anyone else has an approach here. I'm thinking about chaining together highlighters at the moment

For authoring Markdown and highlighting code blocks, I'd recommend looking at mdsvex or svelte-markdown.
