Is there any plan for creating rbac for mcp and namespaces

Currently there are multiple mcp servers and multiple namespaces and every one can access all the mcp servers connected. Is there any plan to provide RBAC, to control mcp servers restriction.

Thinking of having groups for each mcp servers while connecting we can add group labels, similarly for mcp namespaces, and endpoints with tags. For users, we can assign them to multiple groups then can view and connect to the specific endpoints.

Interesting, currently a config can be private or public. Can you share more of your use case and story? What kind of MCP servers are you using that need such granular control on the permissions, and a sub user should not access from a admin created one?

Yeah, the challenge we're facing is that without RBAC, namespaces alone don’t provide real isolation. Everyone can still see and access all MCP servers and configs, so the value of setting up multiple namespaces gets diluted.

It is more like a multi tenancy with RBAC, where users are restricted to specific namespaces.
