Description

Problem: When screen locking is enabled on the T-Deck, the screen does not lock after boot. This makes it trivial to circumvent the screen lock PIN by rebooting the T-Deck

Proposed solution: Add a check during boot process for whether screen locking is enabled. If true, the screen should lock during the boot process.
