[Feature Request]: Expand list of notifications user can turn on and off

Description

Selecting sound notifications is to narrow. User can have notification for all events, notifications for messages and system notifications (keyboard/joystick beeper). That is to harsh, and makes not much use.

Notifications can became annoying so it would be great to have options to narrow notifications for only important events, like:

• all notifications
• new private message
• new channel message (separately for each channel)
• telemetry messages (for each telemetry type)
• navigation menu beeper
• message typing beeper
• system notifications (on/off, reboot, reset, warning, message sent, message failed, etc...)
• temporary muted notifications (not as deselecting all notifications, so user can temporarily mute and unmute notifications without affecting notifications selection)

User should be able not to select one of notifications but, like using checkboxes, select which of offered notifications should be active.
