What did you do?

Set iOS App settings:

  • 'Location' (privacy setting) to "Always"
  • 'Share Location' to "on"
  • 'Interval' to "Fifteen Seconds"
  • 'Accurate Locations Only' to "on"

Node settings:

  • 'Broadcast Interval' to "One Hour"
  • 'Smart Position' to "on"
  • 'Minimum Interval' to "Fifteen Seconds"
  • 'Minimum Distance' to "10"
  • 'Device GPS' to "Not Present"
  • 'Fixed Position' to "off"

Additional actions:

  • Started Live Activity for the node
  • Disabled power saving mode on iPhone
  • App in the background

Expected Behavior

Precise location is shared as intended.

Current Behavior

When iOS App is configured to both 'Share Location' (of the phone with node/mesh) and 'Accurate Locations Only' there are no position updates being sent out from the node. This does not happen when 'Accurate Locations Only' setting is turned off.
